What is your policy regarding damage caused to equipment?

Wehave a policy of 'reinstatement'. We will make good any damage, if any, caused by our operators while cleaning. Where we cannot replace a broken item, we will deduct the cost of the any damage from our invoice. We require any damage to be notified to us within 2 working days of the clean. We reserve the right to not clean relatively old equipment, or equipment crucial to the continued operation of the business, if we believe our cleaning will cause damage to the equipment, or if failure of the equipment will cause a fundamental disruption to your business. We will only accept liability for damage caused during an internal clean where we saw that computer in operation prior to the internal clean.
